Well I am from Kolkata West Bengal, It might seem a little weird and anyone could be skeptical about it, but I have a business proposal for you, If you are interested to gain back 50% of you investment with capital (Gyaranteed) please read on,
Its about real estate.
I am an 18 year old guy from downtown Kolkata (agarpara), frankly, I got No permanent address , born and raised in rented house/homes all my life, my father is a mediocre businessman, to be pretty straight forward in the conversation, I need an insane investment about 2.40 crores to start up a real estate project in West bengal in the developing centers of Kolkata.
I Do NOT have a guarantor, or any collateral deposit to confirm anything, however I do have a pass port and school id cards etc to prove my identity.
My offer to you is to become my investor and hence for that I offer you 50 % of the profit generated by selling off this
real estate after complete construction.
At least we know one thing that even if everything goes wrong the valuation of the land purchased will always go up and you can always get interest by selling off that land !
Honestly I am 18 years old and I have no bank account or salary slip either but what I need is not only a financier but a partner.
Mathematically this offer is profitable ... will return you 50% interest along with the principal in 1 - 3 years, which is obviously better than any other investment.
Its simple I buy land with 90 lakhs + 1.50 cr construction and furnishing etc equals 2.40 cr , selling it off will result in gaining back 4.80 crores (approx. min) that's twice the profit so you get back 2.40 cr plus 1.20 crore (50% of the profit generated) , and I keep the other 50%.
I contacted you cause I saw you selling off a property at prices abnormally high, assuming you'd have enough resources to fund me in this venture.
Since I'll be greatly gratefull if you help me make this a reality I will sign a legal contract with you that I will partner with you for the next 5 projects !
So please this is my idea, lets do it ! Dont turn me down, I may sound childish (hell ! I am one) but this can be done who doesnt needs extra money ? I need it to support my studies and fill my dreams ( even my parent's), I hope you have your parents still living, I think you have made them happy, can you help me make mine ?
